It’s the first question every buyer wants to know … “what are your rates,” or "where are rates headed?  Should I hold off on buying until rates drop?" However, that’s really not how we should think about the process of choosing a loan product.  We need to think about what's the most cost-effective strategy and what's the best strategy to boost wealth for you and your family.

Here at Cardinal-Mortgage, we specialize in helping home buyers secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance a home. We understand how stressful and confusing the mortgage process can be, which is why we make it our priority to educate and guide our clients every step of the way.

Even if you're just starting your research, I'm happy to answer any initial questions you may have about getting pre-approved, mortgage rates, down payments, or general steps in the home buying/refinancing process. My goal is to be a trusted resource for you.

There are a few things that set me apart from your regular loan officer. For starters, I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  I also have over 20 years working in the corporate world in Finance and Operations roles, so I have the distinct ability  to understand the whole picture before recommending any loan products.
